BRAND EXPERIENCE IN A BOX
Mysterious yet elevated, intimate yet culturally loud. To tease the announcement of KATSEYE as the first global brand ambassadors for Matrix, we conceived a covert introduction to this bold new era for the brand. A hand-delivered moment built on secrecy, exclusivity, and intrigue excited creators and their communities through “confidential access” energy. Strategy centered ona cadence of immersive and interactive moments, using a burner phone and drip-fed details to to spark curiosity and organic social buzz across US and UK recipients. The experience balanced secret coded aesthetics with premium execution, making each recipient feel like they had unlocked something exclusive and confidential. Every element was orchestrated to build anticipation, discovery step by step, and the creation of viral social content.
DESIGN DETAIL SPOTLIGHT
Design embraced an undercover narrative. Delivered through a clandestine white glove delivery, products arrived in simple Kraft FSC box sealed with Matrix-branded confidential tape, immediately setting the tone. Inside, a minimally branded dossier envelope with typewriter graphics and a perforated reveal felt official yet slightly unpolished “for your eyes only.” A gradient-lined letter deepened the reveal, teasing campaign visuals,while a custom black flip phone became the hero moment. A small wallet-style insert with card details added to the covert dossier feel. The story of secrecy and access carried through every tactile layer of the experience.
